Shipping policy

-Shipping arrival estimates will be posted with each of our pre-orders. We will do our best to update you should any issue arise. Remember, most pre-orders take 3+ months for production, then will be shipped to us. Once it arrives to us, we will then package it and send it out to our customers. Please keep this time frame in mind when choosing which size would best fit your child. 

-While we do our best to predict when items will ship, these times are always subject to change. Please understand that we have no control over manufacturer or shipping delays. We will inform you of any changes on our Facebook group Beck & Gray Boutique. 

-If your address changes prior to shipping, it is your responsibility to reach out to us with your new shipping address. Please email us at beckandgray@gmail.com. 

-We are not responsible for any lost/ stolen packages while shipping through USPS. By ordering with Beck & Gray Boutique, LLC, you are agreeing to not hold Beck & Gray Boutique, LLC liable for any shipping delays.
