Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds or store credit.
-Personalized items are final and will not be refunded. Please double check all sizes, spelling, fonts, etc. before you place your order. After the order has been placed, we are unable to change this for you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 72 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The item must be in its original, clear packaging with the tags still on. Any item that has been washed or worn will not be considered.
**Please note, many items are hand made and are not expected to be perfect. If you feel like you may have an issue with this, we suggest you do not order any personalized or hand smocked items.
